Behind the Scenes Photographing IN a Cranberry Bog!

See behind-the-scenes of a photographer with waders on, braving the cold waters of the bog to catch these cranberry photos.

Photography in a Cranberry Bog

After shooting a rather editorial style set of images at the previous bog I visited, I decided that I needed to get a closer up photo of workers in a bog. I had two choices – to either rent a 500mm zoom lens, or to buy a pair of waders and brave the cold water! I decided to pick up a pair of waders at Runnings so that I could freely move and get photos at whichever angles I want.

Here is a behind the scenes video along with photos from my afternoon in the bog!
